Overtime earning potential. All hours worked over 40 hours are paid at time and half. Double-time premium for working more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period.

Job Summary:
Rimtec is a Custom PVC Compounder located in Burlington, New Jersey. We are looking for candidates to join our team in the Mixing or Blending department, along with Line Coordinators, and Production Operators to work on the production line.
Mixer.
Mixers add raw materials from bulk weigh scales, 50-pound bags and hand weighed materials to large batch blenders, ensuring continuous operation. Each Mixer controls the mixing station for one production line.
Production Operator.
Production Operators work on the production line, in one of three areas:
- Packaging operation: The production operator will make sure the product is properly packaged, labeled, sealed, and delivered to the shipping warehouse for further movement.
- Milling operation: The production operator will watch and adjust the milling operation. The operator will take the stock that arrives from the continuous mixer and run that material through the mill to ensure a steady sheet of material leaves the mill for the next station.
- Cutting and screening operation: The packaging operator will adjust and monitor the cutting and screening operation while the line is in operation. The production operator on the mill side will clean the cutting and screening equipment when the line is down for a product change.
Line Coordinator.
The Line coordinator is the team lead for the production line. The Line coordinator can fill in for Production Operators while on break. The Line Coordinator controls Continuous mixer operation, while overseeing the mill, cutting, screening, and packaging operation.
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in any of these areas is helpful but not necessary. Our onboarding program will take prospective employees through an extensive hands-on training period, while being mentored by long- tenured, highly skilled employees.
Qualifications and Recommended Experience:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two years manufacturing experience preferred.
- Production line or line leader experience a plus.
- Detailed Oriented and teamwork oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
